Region H's history begins with the approval of Region Realignment by voting delegates at the 2016 National Convention in Pittsburgh, PA. This legislation was set to come into effect 2 years later. Region H was designed to include all of Ohio, most of Indiana, and a portion of Northern Kentucky, divided into 6 sections. Region H officially launched on December 31st, 2018, at the National Convention in Austin, TX.
