Region H has 3 sectional conferences held annually in the spring.

H1/H2: Bloomington, IN;

H4/H6:Columbus, OH;

H3/H5: Akron, OH.

Regionals for H is held every other fall semester during even-numbered years. 

Nationals is held every other fall semester during odd-numbered years.
