What are conference scholarships?

Scholarships help students attend conferences by paying for some or all of the conference registration fees. Scholarships do not cover the cost of travel or room and board during the conference; the only cost covered is the registration fee.

Conference scholarships are provided by both the section/ region budgets and from generous alumni donations.

How do I apply for a conference scholarship?

The link to apply for 2025 section conference scholarships for H1 (left) and H2 (right) are posted below! The deadline for both scholarship applications is March 28th at 11:59 pm.

I'm an alum - how can I support conference scholarships?

Every year, alumni in Region H offer support to our students by donating conference scholarships.
